RPD Catalyst, LLC has broad lending parameters free of the ever-increasing mountains of regulation that banks and other financial institutions face. In addition, we have chosen to remain non-bureaucratic, providing borrowers direct access to senior loan officers. This combination gives a prospective borrower the opportunity to work with the lending team to creatively structure a loan that meets the borrower’s needs. Below are our general loan parameters, none of which is set in stone.

Seasoned Management Team
The senior management team at RPD Catalyst, LLC is second to none. Managing principals Scott Dew and Richard Pachulski have 65 years of combined experience making investments in multifamily, single-family, office, industrial, retail, and raw land that spans 31 markets and 15 states. Scott and Richard rely on the expertise of their senior officers to assist in analyzing and underwriting a loan request and structuring and servicing the loan.
